Common questions
What counts as a seat?
Every active member of your organization and every pending invitation that hasn't expired. Volunteers you never invite don't count.
How do I get the nonprofit discount?
Submit your EIN on your Organization's Profile. We verify against ProPublica's Nonprofit Explorer in real time. Once verified, 25% comes off whichever paid plan you pick automatically, with no change to your seat count.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. We don't lock your data behind retention windows. Organization export and delete live in your Organization's Profile.
What if my pricing changes mid-month?
Current customers always get at least 30 days' notice and the option to downgrade or cancel before any new pricing kicks in.
